          ? What do you need to make a quotation? And How much time do you need to quote?

          The quotation for a mould is issued within 3 days after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details.
          To make a quotation, which will be adequate and sufficiently competitive, we need 3 things:
          1. Product drawing or 3D model data file or product sample. If none of these are available, we need at least an ordinary sketch with the most critical dimensions of the product on it.
          2. What Kind of plastic resin you are going to use in manufacturing or an idea of the durability of the product (what the product is ).
          3. Estimated quantity of the product needed in a period of time (i.e. one month or year) and how many products in total you are going to make.

          ? What type of CAD Files is acceptable for SISCO?

          IGS, STEP, X_T, PRT, DWG, STL, DXF, PDF etc. CAD formats are acceptable for us.

          ? Have you ever made prototype,insert mould, outsert mould or overmould?

          Yes, We have made many sets prototype of toys, insert moulds of keyboard, outsert moulds of recorder , overmoulds of medical handles etc.

          ? Do you build hot runner moulds?

          Yes, general speaking 30% of our moulds are hot runner moulds. We build hot runner moulds and are familiar with many different hot runner systems such as DME, Mold Master, Synventive, Mastertip, Hasco, Yudo and Husky, etc. The hot runner accessories for your mould will be carefully selected to meet your needs.

          ? How long does it take to build an injection mould?

          It varies a little depending on product size and complexity of its shape, generally a middle size moulds are built in 25~30 days lead time.

          ? How did you pack up and ship the mould?

          When the mould have been finished, rust resistent ointment will be paint onto the surfaces, pack the mould with PVC bags, then load it into Wooden box. Accessories attached will be: 1. Related electrode 2. Spare components 3. Safety Hoist Ring. 4. Paperwork and a CD of assembly drawings & Trail video. 5.User’s guide book. 6. Packing list.


          ? What is the life expectancy of moulds?

          Mould life depends the most on the kind of tooling steel used, the mould structure, the precision of mould building and mould maintenance quality during production. Usually SISCO plastic injection moulds can stand without problem 500 thousand shots and die casting moulds 70 thousand shots.

          ?Does your company have a formal Quality Assurance or Quality Control System?

           Yes, we have quality control system and quality control dep 

          ? What size molds can you build? ??????????????????????????????????????????????????

          We ever built a biggest mould is 2.2 length, and 22.3 ton weight. We could build the mould which under 25tons.

          ?What industries do you serve, and do you provide OEM service?  

          ?? We mainly serve for consumer electronics, office and home appliance, medical equipment,pipes ,automobile…etc. Yes, we provide OEM service.

          ?What standard mold can you build?

          We can build both metric standard and imperial standard mold. It will be up to the requirements of our customer, The standard components we mainly adopt DME, HASCO, LKM , FUTABA..etc.
